How do i repay the homebuyer credit if it is in my ex husband's name and not mine

This is the first year we are filing separately and when looking up what I owe for the first time homebuyer credit from 2008 it says $0

If this link shows zero owed, you do not need to include a repayment or Form 5405, First Time Homebuyer's Credit.
