No. Your return will not affect her return. If you claim her as a dependent she will have to mark on her return that she can be claimed on someone else's return.

Can you provide some more details, what is the issue that makes you worry about your daughter's taxes? If you qualify to claim her, you can. She can still file her own return. But if you claim her, makes sure she marks the box that says 'Someone else can and will claim me'
