The term HDHP is a High Deductible Health Plan.  You can contact your insurance company to confirm, if you don't know your deductible amount.  (see below)

For 2016, HDHPs must have deductibles of at least $1,300 for an individual, and $2,600 for a family. Also, the total out-of-pocket on an HDHP in 2016 cannot exceed $6,550 for an individual, and $13,100 for a family
