How do i know if I already deducted mortgage points or not?

I bought a house in 2014, i don't know if i claimed the "points"

You would need to consult your carefully kept printed records of your returns to see whether you claimed the points or not.

I looked at my 2014 and 15 taxes. I didn't see where I might have claimed it but I'd like to know what section I look incase I may have missed it.

You would look at Schedule A it would be in the Home Mortgage interest section. The points are added to the interest that you claimed and the total is shown as mortgage interest.
