I have tried several times and it does not see my data

What is the "Jump to" link I only see " It's deductible"

The Jump to link is available in the TurboTax program by entering donations in the search box and clicking enter. This generates the Jump to link to take you to the Noncash Deductions and Credits section of the program.

I recommend double checking that your Windows are updated, and your system otherwise meets system requirements. Also, I recommend using Chrome.
