How do I find the foreign dividends paid on a Vanguard 1099-DIV?

The foreign income would be reported on an attachment to the Form 1099-DIV, it wouldn't be reported on the form itself.

Thanks Thomas! Where would I find this on the Vanguard form? Does TurboTax have a direct connection to Vamguard? I could not find it.
