How do I find if I'm itemizing or filing using standard deduction?

Follow the directions below to see if you're taking the standard deduction or claiming itemized deductions.

1. Log in and click take me to my return (unless already in).
2. Click Tax Tools from the left-side menu.
3. Select Tools from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Topic Search, type Standard Deduction and click Go.
5. On the next screen, you will see the deduction method you are using.
