How do I file deductions and credits if CCS took care of my childcare expenses?

CCS child care services provided per TWC while I was in school full time they provided my daycare expenses

You stated in your question that you were provided childcare services that were paid by someone else.  Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to get a credit for the Child and Dependent Care expenses for those expenses that you did not pay for. There are certain qualifications that you must meet to be eligible for this credit:

• Must have earned earned income (If you are married filing jointly there are exceptions)
• You must have paid for caregiving expenses to work or look for work
• The care you paid for was for a qualifying person
• You are not using the Married Filing Separate Filing Status
• You provide the caregivers name, address, social security, or taxpayer ID number.

If you paid for other childcare expenses yourself, TurboTax will guide you through this credit and determine your eligibility and calculate the maximum credit allowed.
