As you go through the mortgage information in TurboTax, on the screen titled "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to your loan with ____?" there will be a question with regard to whether someone co-owns the loan and you only pay a portion of it. You would check that box and enter the information about your fiance, if it is their Social Security number on the 1098 and not yours.
As long as you are also listed on the mortgage (not the 1098) as a borrower and you are liable to make the payments, you can claim the mortgage interest for your payments even if your name is not shown on the 1098.
When you get to the screen asking for your specific information about the mortgage interest that you paid, you will see that it does not ask for the amount reported in Box 1 of your 1098, but for Your Portion of box 1. This is how you indicate that you paid part of it, but your fiance paid the other part. You would also check the box stating the amount you reported is different than what is shown on the 1098.
(Note: If you are also claiming a Mortgage Credit Certificate, checking the box that your name is not on the 1098 could cause an error condition. If it does, go back and uncheck that box.)
