How do i enter Line 28 for Sch A for Section 691(c) Estate tax deductions

2016 version of Turbo Tax does not allow me to guide myself or get to this through "deductions & Credits" as in past.

I need this for the 2016 version.  None of the screen shown appear this year.

Those screenshots **are** from the 2016 version and they are from the online version of TurboTax Premier (your profile shows that is the product you are using).

You need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen in "Deductions & Credits" and then expand "Other Deductions and Credits". Click the Start button to the right of "Other Deductible Expenses" and proceed through the subsequent screens.
