How do I change to no on the disasters, theft and other property loss I did not receive

In order to change your entry for disaster, theft, and other property loss, you will go to the section where the information is entered.

When you are in your TurboTax account:

Search for casualty loss and click the Jump to link in the search results
On the Did you have anything damaged or stolen in 2022? screen, select No
