How do I attach at solar energy form 5695 onto my tax return e-file using the free edition?

Form 5695 isn't supported by the TurboTax Free Edition. You will need to upgrade to the Deluxe Version.

Click on the following link to see which forms are included in the Free Edition Version

You will need to scroll down until you see the Tax Forms tabs. You will be able to see which forms and schedules are supported by each version
