How do calculate or what do I enter the additional mortgage interest/home equity interest deduction for CA tax return?

If you have entered the entire amount of mortgage interest on your federal return, then you do not enter anything on this line. You would enter any amount of mortgage interest that has not been entered on the federal return.

Is this bad business debt and deductible? my employer owed me 2.4k~ and then deceased. Lien was placed but all avenues to recover $ were exhausted through TWC
