How come I am not receiving child credit

Is the same thing happening to you? Where they are forcing you to receive the Dependent Credit of $500 per child instead of the CTC of $2,000 per child? I can’t figure it out either. They did the same thing to my taxes last year. There is absolutely no way to contact them either, I’ve searched high and low to find a way. Unless of course you pay the extra $60 to “talk to a CPA”. I now have to amend last yrs and find a new tax resource bc Turbo Tax is trash.
