Unfortunately, you can't. TurboTax does not accept foreign credit cards. Your alternative is to visit the nearest US Embassy or Consulate office. All US Embasies and "some" consulate offices have US Banking facilities in them. There you can purchase a pre-paid VISA that will be on a US bank in US currency. Then when you get home with the pre-paid VISA register it online with a valid US billing/mailing address and valid US phone number. THen you can use that pre-paid VISA to pay your TurboTax fees with.
