How can I proceed when Turbo tax thinks I should have 1098s from 2 lenders and only 1 was current in 2018 ?

Type '1098' in the Search window, then 'Jump to 1098'.

EDIT your 1098 at the 'Review your 1098 info' page.

For Box 3, 'Mortgage Origination Date' enter the original date of your first mortgage, since you did not refinance.

Answer NO to 'Was this loan paid off or refinanced with a different lender in 2018?' (screenshot).
