How can I get past the question about foreign taxes?

I have a mutual fund that seems to have invested in something outside the US last year.  Now I have $7.00 in foreign taxes, and I can't figure out how to just let whoever got them have it.  Is there some way to just skip that part?

Go to the Foreign Tax interview section and when you start, here are the screen headers and the response.

1. Foreign tax credit

             Continue

2. Tell us about your foreign taxes.

              Skip the foreign tax credit.

3.  Foreign Taxes

                  Continue

Exit the FTC.  The $7.00 credit should appear on line 48 of the 1040.
