How can I deduct office expenses for a room used as a home office? This is asking for "all home expenses" , but it doesn't show me how to break down for just the office.

Turbo Tax will determine the home office portion based on the square footage of the entire home and the home office space.  It uses this percentage and applies it to the All Home Expenses. (This is according to the IRS)  If there are any expenses that you can assign only to the home office, you will be able to enter it separately.
