You would need to delete out the Form 1099-MISC completely and reenter to get that specific question to appear again.  But, it is really not necessary.  That question is not determinative of how anything is reported on your tax return.  It is just there as a "feeler" question and helps the program come up with what expenses you are most likely going to need so you don't miss any possible deductions.  If you were performing work for money, then the reporting is going to be the same regardless of whether you view it as a side-job or a business (i.e. Schedule C and SE).
