Please see the following instructions for adding this form:
- Login to TurboTax online or desktop
- Once in your return, in the search box, Type Health Coverage Tax Credit
- Click the Jump to Health Coverage Tax Credit link that appears in the search results.
- Continue to enter the information as listed on the form and answer the questions presented.
