Your job-related expenses for your W-2 income are reported on Form 2106, Job-Related Expenses Summary.
Use the SEARCH and type in Form 2106, then Jump To the entry point. Click on Edit or Review.
You may have to go through several screens before you get to the Vehicle Summary (see screenshot). Here you can "Add a Vehicle".
If Vehicle expenses are the only expenses you have for your W-2 income, you don't need to enter anything else.
Your expenses related to your Business are entered in the BUSINESS INCOME & EXPENSES area.
