Create a donation under the name of the charity and enter them as "Items" (non-cash donations). In other words, you would enter them the same way you might enter a donation of used towels to be used for care of the animals. Note that if audited, you will need a receipt or letter from the charity acknowledging your donation (it does not have to specify the value of the items, that would be proven by your receipts that you also save.)
