Home Office Deduction.....some entries are obviously for the year, i.e., property taxes....am I supposed to enter utilities costs per month or per year?

Per year. If you are allocating costs that apply to the whole home, everything is based on a full year. It's then allocated based on office percentage.

Per year. If you are allocating costs that apply to the whole home, everything is based on a full year. It's then allocated based on office percentage.
