Still "available soon" in the Home Energy credit section. 5695 is there but TT still won't let me enter the info for my credit.
I tried the manual update - still doesn't work.
Tried Online Update and it says my Windows 11 software is up to date.

I see the 5695 form just fine, I just can't access it unless I go into Forms mode and force the data entry - which I don't want to do since it also has to feed the Schedule 3 - which must be populated by TT from other entries since I don't see in my drop down forms menu.
They should have that cleaned up by the 29th or 30th of January.
There has been NO update yet for today the 28th (maybe they meant 11:59 PM on the 28th, Pacific time)
Just run your update tomorrow morning, and if there is no update...do it again on Friday.
They have several other bugs to fix too, and maybe one of those is holding things up as they usually only do One update a week once the season really takes off...like now.
