Hi! Somehow a foreign tax credit of $3 was added to my return. I don't have any foreign tax credit. I can't figure out how to take this out of my tax return.

The most likely source is box 6 on one or more of your forms 1099-Div. 

If so, you don't want to take it out. it is a common and simple credit. TurboTax takes it directly from the 1099-Div and puts in on line 48 of form 1040.

Or it might show up on a K-1 if you have shares in a publicly traded partnership.
