Hi I travelled to other dental offices outside of my home dental office for work. I am not sure how to report that mileage to receive the appropriate tax deductible?

Assuming this is business mileage you incur as a self-employed individual, deductible mileage would be the miles you traveled between offices. In other words, do not include "commuting miles". Commuting miles are those you travel from home to your first work location of the day and miles traveling home from your last work location of the day. All the business miles traveled in between would be mileage you can deduct on your return.

Mileage expenses are not deductible for employees for 2018.
