Hi! I am currently working on entering my Property tax. This home and the property is co-owened by myself and another co-borrower. We each own 50%. How do i do this?

The person who actually paid the property tax in 2016 should be the one to deduct it. If you each paid 50% of the tax, then you should each deduct 50% of the tax.

My daughter's private student loan has me as coborrower, but 1098E has her name listed as borrower. Do I get credit for payments I made? Your answers are inconsistent
