Hello, I'm entering in a form 1098 for my wife's house and was wondering if the property tax block should be blank? There is a note that says tax pd-690.55 in block 11

This would be listed as property taxes paid.

This is from the IRS instructions for the 1098:  Page 6 of this link, https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/i1098--2017.pdf

"Box 11. Other Enter any other item you wish to report to the payer, such as real estate taxes, insurance paid from escrow, or, if you are a collection agent, the name of the person for whom you collected the interest. "
