Does the HSA cover only your medical expesnes, or you and your family?

For the context of answering a question about your High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) coverage, it is asking if you were the primary person covered by the plan and whether it was an individual (self-only) plan or a family plan (covered you plus at least one other person). 

It is not asking if you were covered by another person’s family plan.
