I am retired several years and older than 65 and on Medicare with a supplemental.
I still have a HSA account that I used for medical expenses.
I received a 1099-SA TurboTax had me enter the data in the income section. Is this considered taxable income?

Form 1099-SA reports the distributions you received from your HSA. When you enter the information from this form into TurboTax, you should also see questions about how you used the funds or what medical expenses were paid. If you have expenses equal to or greater than the distribution amount, you will not be taxed on these funds.
For more information, see What is a health savings account (HSA)?
Form 8889 allows you to report distributions and subtract your medical expenses. If the expenses were equal or greater than your distributions you would owe no tax on the distribution.
