Have foreign accounts, did not file Schedule B

Turns out that I need to report foreign accounts on Schedule B, but I didn’t file a Schedule B due to not meeting the interest threshold. Total value of the accounts doesn’t meet FBAR or other reporting requirements. 

How should I rectify the situation?
