Has TurboTax made adjustments to account for Child Tax Credit changes due to the American Rescue Plan of 2021? ($3000/child, fully refundable)

I should be getting $9000 for my three children, yet TurboTax is only showing that I would receive $116.  Why?

Since this doesn't affect the 2020 return you are filing right now there is nothing to be adjusted.   Those changes affects the 2021 return you will file next year.
