Why is turbo tax not giving me the child tax credit when my income is below $50K?

it looks like it says I get it but then is not adding it correctly.

Go to Forms and look at the Form 1040 as part of it is refundable and part is not, so it can be split up.

If you have enough income tax the whole amount of $2,000 per child under 17 is all used against tax.
