I WORK FULL-TIME FOR THE CITY, AS WELL AS SEPARATELY SELF-EMPLOYED PARTTIME.  DO I NEED TURBOTAX DELUXE OR TURBO TAX SELF-EMPLOYED VERSION?

If you have no expenses associated with your self employment income, you can get by with Deluxe. If you have expenses, you must use Self Employed.
