Form 8936 (2023) is not available under the business software

Is Form 8936 for tax year 2023 avaliable in Turbotax business?

I'm trying to claim the tax credit under the qualifed commercial vehicle credit. Should I just manually fill out Form 8936 and transfer the amount of 13(g)  - P reason code under the Schedule K?

Or should I also use Form 3800 - general business credits as well.
