Form 8862 is missing from the tax return and it is required to be able to claim the earned income credit (EIC). Reject Code IND-046

it keeps rejecting my return i dont know where i went wrong! help??

To find the 8862 in TurboTax:

• Federal Taxes (Personal if using TurboTax Self Employed or Home and Business)
• Deductions & Credits
• You may need to click on Skip to see all tax breaks
• Scroll down to You and Your Family and click on Show More
• Earned Income Credit (EIC)
• Start or update

 Follow the interview questions until you see the screen that asks "Do any of these uncommon situations apply? " Then choose that you need the 8862.
