form 8582 missing instead adding Federal Carryover Worksheet

I have 2 rental properties, every year I get Form 8582 which collect losses. I sold one property in 2023 and purchased another one using Sec 1031. When I completed return I did not find Form 8582 instead I have Federal Carryover Worksheet  on Page 3  Line 29 Qualified business loss carryforward year 2022 and 2023.  

I don't mind move this losses to 2024, Should I file Special Form  how to do that. Please help me finish return
