Form 5695 where to enter insulation costs?

I got the update for the form 5695 and was able to enter the cost for an entry door but where can I enter the cost for added attic insulation?

Go back through the Home Energy Credit section.  The cost of insulation will be listed on the screen labeled Tell us how much you paid for energy-efficient improvements

The first item on that screen is for insulation - Insulation materials or air sealing system

Yes, answer the insulation question in the program. You will see Form 5695 part II, line 18 is where you enter the total you spent on insulation, labor, tax, etc.

Turbo tax Delux desktop is not allowing me to enter anything on line 18.

The program doesn't go through forms line by line. Line 18 is where you see the credit. You go through the program answering questions: 

1. the home is mine, 
2. it is in the US, 
3. did you make qualified energy efficiency improvements? select yes
4. main home, yes
5. new home, no
6. original user, yes
7. use 5 or more years, yes
8. tell us how much you paid for improvements, the first line in the long list is insulation, enter your cost
