Form 5329-T..what am I being asked to enter? The ending balance of my HSA ?

Please clarify your question by adding some additional information so that we can better help you. ‌Such as: What screen are you on in TurboTax or are you looking at Form 5329 using Forms Mode? ‌What exactly does the question you are looking at say? Did you have excess contributions to your HSA?
