form 1116 wont print out

I have 3 years of foreign tax credit carryovers and I have a foreign tax credit this year that I need to carryover.  

I am using TurboTax premiere online version that I use on my desktop. 

The form 1116 is in the software but when I go to print it out, it won't print.  I have tried all the troubleshooting steps including deleting the form and inputting all of the data again.  I spent over 5 hours on this yesterday.  I called customer support.  The first person hung up because she was clueless, the second person in product support insisted that I delete the program and reinstall it.  

Turbotax states that the form won't print out if I have foreign tax credits from dividends only.  This makes NO SENSE.  I need form 1116 to print out so that their is a documented history of my foreign tax credit carryovers for when I use them in the future.  I explained this to the product support person and he insisted I had to delete the program and reinstall.   

So frustrating.   Even more frustrating that turbotax support cannot help after waiting 1.5 hours on hold

Is form 1116 missing when you preview all the forms required for filing?

Yes.  Once I print preview or print to PDF, the forms is missing.  I can print the form out separately but I need to

efile my Federal return and the form is not included

TT must know with certainty that there is foreign income for TY2025.  It could be on the 1099-div worksheet on line 7d or you typed it in during somewhere during the interview.
