No. Charitable donations are only entered as an itemized deduction on Schedule A for tax year 2024.
But.....I'd enter them anyhow (as long as you use Deluxe or higher versions), since some states have different limits, and the charity data (if used by the state) transfers from the Federal section to the state section automatically.
Of course, if your state doesn't have an income tax, that won't do anything, and probably not be worth the effort.
Providing the **bleep** form is added and available in this year's software. Very disappointed! May start filing with H&R. Turbo tax sucks. No CD and now holding out filings hostage... Disgusting.

If you are referring to Form 8283, then according to the Forms Availability Table below, the Form 8283 is currently scheduled to become available for filing on 2/13/2025. Dates in the table are subject to change. Weekly TurboTax updates typically occur on a Thursday.
The Forms Availability Table was updated today and shows the Form 8283 is now scheduled to become available in TurboTax sometime tomorrow on 2/05/2025 unless there is further delay. I don't know if they are pushing a special out-of-cycle update. The routine weekly update day this week would be 2/06/2025. So they may be pushing that form out a day early before the weekly update.
The form 8283 updated this morning (5 Feb 2025) on my Desktop Premier.
Don't know if it's in the "Online" software yet...but probably is.

Sometimes they do the state(s) updates a day or two later, so if they pushed this one out early you might have to wait until Friday for whatever State updates get posted. Certainly, depends on what state is involved.
