For property taxes on 1098 do i use the amt on box 11 property taxes or box 1 mortgage interest?

Each category has their own entry. Property taxes (box 11) on the 1098 are entered in the Property Tax section. Mortgage interest (box 1) is entered under Mortgage Interest.
