For 2014/2015 returns I used Home in business. Can I use Premier this year? will it transfer my info, especially it's deductible? Thank you

Yes, it will still transfer over the information in the same manner as before whether you are using Home and Business or Premier.  The only difference is you won't have the same step by step guidance for entering Home Business related items (of course, if you are downgrading to Premier, then that probably means you don't need the Home and Business anymore).
