Filing Return for prior year 2021 and 2022

I see on the IRS website it says, Unclaimed Stimulus payments (Recovery Rebate Credit for 2021 tax return). Will this claim be considered taxable for 2022 taxes if you didn't file it yet? Or will it be considered taxable income on the 2025 taxes?
