Filing 2017 1040x to add deduction for 2018 assessed property taxes I paid in 2017 but did not deduct originally. Do I attach copy of property tax bill & Receipts?

No you do not ... you will attach the Sch A to the 1040X plus any other forms or schedules affected by that change.
