Fileing being rejected due to invalid VIN

I purchased an EV on 5/02/2025.  Return being rejected due to invalid VIN.  VIN is correct. Vehicle is a Ford 150 lightning

it is easy to mistake certain characters. vins only use the number zero not the letter "O" and the number five not the letter "S"
