Federal deductions and credits the program will not allow me to access the Real Estate Tax portion. What is wrong with the software?

Turbo Tax Deluxe. When trying access the Real Estate Tax section to update the amount the screen goes back to blank with the ribbon menu choices of "Wages & Income" and "Deductions & Credit" etc.It will not allow me to go further to do the work of entering the amount.

You may need to update your program.  If you are on an older version that section of the interview may have been blocked.
