As administrator of a family member's estate, it was agreed that rather than taking cash for executor or fiduciary fees I received the car. When working on the estate's taxes, does the value of the car get included under "executor fees" or not since it was not cash?

If you accepted anything of value from the estate instead of cash, then the value of the property you accepted would be the amount of your fee as fiduciary.
