Here are the steps in TurboTax Online:

Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > Self-employment income and expenses
Edit your business
Choose the pencil to edit Vehicle category, then choose to edit the vehicle in the Vehicle Summary
Continue through the interview until you are asked about mileage, and edit the answers you want to change.
