How to enter interest paid on a foreign mortgage?

I have a mortgage on a home in Canada, but Canada does not issue the Form 1098. TurboTax 2018 no longer has the check box for “I did not receive a 1098”. How do I enter the interest I paid?

Enter it as if you did receive a 1098.  You will still need to enter the details for the loan, such as the origination date, outstanding principle, etc.
